The year-round JB Black Stone mobile home is an ideal proposition for lovers of open spaces. The entire house is heated.

The entire house has underfloor heating with Wi-Fi control, which will allow you to set the appropriate temperature in each room remotely. Open-cell PUR foam perfectly fills every corner of the floor, wall and roof of your house, perfectly insulating and eliminating heat loss. Combined with the used triple-glazed window and door joinery, they will translate into even better thermal insulation and lower bills for you.

Extraordinary resistance of the facade while maintaining aesthetic values. We combined two types of facades, giving the mobile home a timeless look. An aluminum facade rhombus resistant to weather conditions was used on the façade.

Full-height glazing opens the interior of the summer house to the surroundings and illuminates the rooms. Sliding doors offer a comfortable exit to the terrace, they move parallel to the wall, creating a uniform surface, which allows for a visual connection between the space inside the house and the terrace.

A natural extension of the living area of the mobile home is the terrace - an ideal place for family relaxation outdoors. Resistant to very harsh climatic conditions, thanks to the use of Siberian larch.

In a mobile home, the mezzanine plays not only a decorative role, but also a practical one, enabling additional usable space. Thanks to the mezzanine, the space of the mobile home seems more open, and the living room itself appears larger and much more spacious.

Resistance to scratches, high temperatures and water allows the use of the compact HPL countertop in the most demanding places, such as the kitchen and bathroom.

A source of fresh air in your year-round mobile home. Air vents with a heater capture dust and coarse airborne pollutants and supply fresh air to the house, preheating it. The air flows through subsequent rooms and is removed through the ventilation grille installed in the bathroom.
